Helen Wyatt
She has a Masters of Visual Arts by research from Queensland College of Art. Her work is currently touring Australian Museums and Galleries with USE - curated by Lisa Bryan-Brown for JMGQ (Jewellery and Metalsmiths Group of Queensland) and at Artisan - Craft Queensland gallery in Brisbane. Her work has been selected for inclusion in State of Shine at Melbourne's Radiant Pavilion 2019.
My small crafted objects are works of art that embody ideas and feelings drawn from marginal places. They enhance the person who wears them and they occupy a discreet space - an intermediate place - between the world and body.
